From 2003 to 2007, while a partner at Schwartz Grossman, Brett settled and tried dozens of cases. In 2007, Brett joined his father, Michael F. Grossman, to form Grossman & Grossman, P.C. Since that time, Brett has handled hundreds of personal injury and medical malpractice cases and has successfully tried cases in all five (5) boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey.
Brett is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He also practices in the Federal Courts in the Second Circuit. He is a member of New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, and has lectured on Medical Malpractice at conferences in New York and New Jersey.
